Giggle Together is a workshop programme set up by Moulding Futures and also links in with the Share a Smile campaign which is spreading all over Essex .
Giggle Together workshops takes the smiles to another level and moves into laughter and play. Recently Psychologies magazine printed an article with the statement, “play is as important as money and sex in relationships”.
Play is a really important part of our lives, and something we stop as we get older. In today’s troubled times we want to help to release stress, and connect people through play, creativity and laugher all into one.
We have developed some workshops designed for young people to be held in schools for secondary school age, as well as workshops, talks and activities and these can also be delivered to groups of adults as team builders, motivators and stress relief - Plus it’s loads of fun. We’ll also happily work with younger children. They enable people to discover a side of themselves that they may not know and everyone will have a blast.
Our facilitator has been trained by the Laughter Network in Laughter Yoga and is an artist full of creative energy. Go to our workshops page to find out more.
